All types of leasing to credit worthy costumers.

Co-leasing with vendors or other leasing companies.

The board policy for leasing is as follows:

• All leasing transactions and agreements are strictly in accordance with the Sharia.

• Ownership of the leased assets are vested in the Modaraba and the lessee enjoys custody and use of assets as per the terms of agreement forms approved by the Religious Board

• The lease rental charged to the lessee is computed to include the cost, operating expenses and profit.

The rental is paid for the bonafide usage of assets by the lessee.
